Shipping FAQ Receive FREE SHIPPING on any order totaling $50 or more of retail products. This discount will automatically appear when you checkout with a qualified order. No coupon code is required. Globecraft Memories works with both USPS and UPS and offers a variety of options including next day air, priority, first class mail and international. Rates are based on the weight of the items purchased. During checkout, you can view the options and their fees and select the one that works best for you.
Any products with a globe/bubble (such as the ornaments, etc) cannot be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Please check Priority Mail or other options when purchasing these globe/bubble products. Orders placed Sunday through Wednesday usually ship the next day, but please allow 7 to 14 days for your package to arrive. Your products ship directly from our factory in Midland, Michigan, USA. International orders shipping outside the United States via First Class International mail can take up to six weeks to arrive. For faster delivery please select Priority Mail International or other options. Products shipped via USPS First Class International Mail are not insured and we cannot guarantee arrival or offer refunds for damaged goods or non-arrival of goods. We sincerely apologize for this and highly recommend for all international shipments to use UPS delivery which guarantees all shipments. |
